After nearly three months of closure, we are super excited to have our doors re-open in time for summer. We know many of you won’t be going away this year, but hopefully we can bring a taste of Spain to you.
It’s the perfect time of year to be soaking up the sun on our terrace with friends, Sangria in hand and a freshly made paella to share. Costa del Brighton!
Our menu offers a selection of paella dishes to choose from as well as an exciting range of tapas with a variety of flavours to suit all palettes and eating preferences.
Paella de marisco – Squid, prawns, mussels, crevettes & cod fish. This classic seafood inspired paella will transport your taste buds to sunnier shores this summer. Perfect to enjoy with a glass of wine, or a glass of fresh summery ‘white Sangria’.
Paella Valenciana – Squid, prawns, mussels, crevettes, cod fish & chicken. An iconic paella dish that originates from the Spanish city of Valencia on the Mediterranean coast of the country.
Paella de carne – Chicken and chorizo. Not a fan of seafood? Not to worry, our Paella de carne is a delicious meat-filled alternative. A classic combination which is in rich flavour and won’t disappoint!
Paella de verdura – A selection of fresh vegetables. Ideal for any vegetarian, vegan or people trying to cut down on their meat intake. This paella is super fresh and perfect to enjoy on a hot summer’s day.
Arroz negro – squid, prawns and colour squid ink. This paella is slightly different in appearance and flavour to your standard paella dish, but it’s still perfect to enjoy over a couple of glasses of wine with friends on the sun terrace.
