With the hottest day on record in the UK feeling like a mere memory now that the clouds have returned, we’re turning our attention overseas for some inspiration this summer, and have been seeking some of the best Spanish-inspired spots in town. If we will it hard enough, maybe the sun will come back out to play, right? As a result of our painstaking research, we’ve rounded up some of the best tapas and Spanish restaurants across Brighton and Hove, so that you can enjoy a boozy lunch or a Spanish-inspired fiesta no matter the weather.
Tinto Taperia
Brighton’s newest Spain-inspired restaurant, Tinto Taperia offers a contemporary selection of exquisite tapas, and generously portioned paellas. With an outside terrace overlooking the pedestrian plaza of New Road, it’s the perfect place for kicking back, and pretending you’re sunning up in some far flung world by the Med.
Tinto Taperia has gained a lot of recognition from the public since opening it’s doors last May, fast becoming the number one tapas styled restaurant on TripAdvisor in the Tapas section for all of Brighton & Hove.
